WhoLondon is an annual event in the village of New London, where the local community club transforms the town to resemble Whoville from Dr. Seuss’s The Grinch. Throughout the month of December, downtown is adorned with vibrant window paintings and festive decorations, blending Whoville’s charm with characters from a newly invited fictional universe. Last year, characters from Frozen joined the Whos, and this year, new characters will be featured alongside Grinch-inspired decor.

These decorations remain up for the entire month, culminating in the Hometown Holidays celebration on December 13 from 11 AM to 3 PM, where visitors can meet and interact with the new characters in person, fostering a joyful community spirit in the whimsical, storybook-inspired village.
